Fuzio Bistro absolutely delivered after my buddy and I crossed the finish line of a Spartan Race and needed a proper celebration meal. Our server Madisyn was awesome. She's inviting, friendly, fun, and a fellow Spartan. When she found out we'd just finished a race, she shared her own story of completing a Spartan Ultra in the French Alps with her boyfriend. You may think, strange tangent for a restaurant review, and fair, but that takes major dedication and she delivers that same dedication in her work so tying it all in, excellent service, and a great dining experience. On to the food and drink, I started out with frosty glass of Guinness, which hot the spot and tied in well with the sage chicken with mushroom was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and flavorful. It was exactly the kind of satisfying, elevated dish you want after a hard race. I treated myself to a crème brûlée to finish, which was spot-on that perfect crack on top and a rich, creamy custard underneath. Great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely great people. Highly recommend Fuzio Bistro, ask to be seated with Madisyn! Cheers!

Unfortunately, we found a baby cockroach in our chicken tortilla soup of the day. This was the most disgusting dining experience ever. My wife and I were sharing it as an appetizer, which was pretty good, but then my wife saw something in her spoon and asked me to inspect it more closely...sure enough a small roach! We left immediately and let our server know. Will be reporting this to food inspectors.

Very good food and excellent service. The waitress was very polite and helpful. I had the firecracker tacos which were delicious as well as the creme brule. 100% would do again!

Still a good place for quick tasty food. Gotten expensive though. $39 for 8 slice of round beef or 8 Oz. With potatoe au gratin and green beans. I can not eat that much food. We try to share. And no left overs to take home.

I’ve been coming to Fuzio since they opened however many years ago. There’s items on their menu not normally found at your typical restaurant. One of the favorites is the spicy pulled pork and pasta. Everything from their chicken to pork chops is amazing. My new favorite is the firecracker try tip. thick cuts that literally melts in your mouth. This topped off with the scallop potatoes and tender spears. I will guarantee you will be greeted by friendly and efficient staff. If you’re visiting in town this is definitely a place to stop
